Maximum 10 look-ups per 24 hours, per user. If you have exceeded the limit, please log into your account to view all your bookings and orders.
Answers to FAQs:
Your Booking ID # can be found within your Order Details (print out or order confirmation email). An Order may have multiple bookings.
If you only know your order #, the previous number in the sequence is likely your booking ID number. I.e. Order #12254 -> Booking ID #12253
Check-in is 1:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 PM. For early or later check-out times please contact management for availability. Extra fees may apply.
For Motel guests checking in after 6 PM please text/call 236-800-2024 to notify us of your estimated time of arrival and we will set up a keybox for you and send you the code.
Campsite guests with reservations please go ahead and set up at your booked site. The camp host will follow up for any outstanding balance.
Order ‘On Hold’ waiting for etransfer payments are held for up to 72 hours. We must receive email confirmations with confirmation code to change the status to complete (paid).
